Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide but only to selected countries. If you need confirmation that we ship to your address feel free to contact us on [email protected]

When will I receive my order and how is it sent?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via our email. We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent from our warehouse. Next Day Delivery (when selected at the checkout) will arrive with you the next working day. Cut off time to order before is 4PM.

What is your returns policy?

We offer no quibble refunds less the P&P charge within the first 14 working days of receipt as long as goods received in the same condition they were sent. Any item purchased on the website can be returned for a refund including Sale & Clearance items. Just contact us at [email protected]

Can I get a refund if my item is no longer suitable?

YES you can have a refund as long as the item is returned within 28 days from receipt brand new and unworn with all labels & tags intact.

Do I have to pay for postage if I'm returning an item?

Returns postage is the responsibility of the user unless the item is faulty. Please contact us if this is the case, we suggest purchasing a tracked delivery service to return the items. Make sure you keep your postage certificate as well as proof, in case you're returned parcel goes missing.

How long does it take for a refund?

Refunds are usually made the day we receive your item as long as it is received within our returns timescale. Returns received on a Saturday will be processed on Monday. Your refund can take several days to appear on your statement which is totally dependent on your card issuer and out of our control.

Are my details kept private?

Your details are not shared with any other party and stored following data protection and anti spam legislation.

Does the price shown include VAT?

ALL prices on the Website are the actual price you PAY which includes VAT . NO VAT is added to the price displayed on the website. All UK & EU buyers pay UK VAT which is included in the website displayed price.

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel/ amend order details if your order has not gone into our warehouse for processing. Please contact us via email and we will try our best to honour your request however we can not guarantee any changes will be made.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payments in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Euros and Australian Dollars.

Why has my payment failed?

Your order will only be confirmed if the payment has been successfully processed. If you have entered incorrect card details, please try again and double check the information you are inputting. Please contact us if you would like assistance in placing your order.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £2.99 for a 2/3 working day delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom. UK Next Day Delivery is £6.99 and Royal Mail Special Delivery is £7.99. The cut-off time for next day delivery 4pm.

I live outside the EU, what are my delivery options?

Delivery outside the EU is £10.99 for one item and £7 for each item purchased at the same time

I have not received my order. What do I do?

If you have not yet received your order, please email us on [email protected] where our team will be happy to help. Please check your tracking before contacting us as this may show you where your parcel is.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your item within 28 days provided the product is in its original, unused condition.

How do I return an item?

You can return your order by following the instructions below:
  1. Repackage the item into the box and place into the original packaging.

  2. 3. Take your parcel to any Post Office counter and obtain a tracking number.Only tracking references are proof of postage.

Can I send my item back for an exchange?

Yes, you can return your order back for an exchange within 28 days provided the product is in its original, unused condition. Please complete the return form so that we have all the information we require to process the exchange as soon as possible.
